The Morris Hospital YMCA is teaming up with Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers to offer a series of nutrition and health education seminars throughout the winter and spring. Free and open to the community, these informative sessions will provide invaluable support and guidance for individuals looking to establish and maintain healthy lifestyles in 2025 and beyond.
The Greater Joliet Area YMCA is excited to offer new NFL FLAG Football Leagues this spring. NFL FLAG is the largest flag football league in the U.S., and the only league where players can wear official NFL gear. Kids of all ages and skill levels will participate in a safe, non-contact environment, allowing boys and girls the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of football. In this program everyone plays, and everyone has fun!
Each year, the Greater Joliet Area YMCA’s Teen Achievers program helps students broaden their understanding of possible options for their post-secondary education by organizing tours to colleges and universities throughout the Midwest. These events guide students as they set and achieve high educational, professional, and personal goals, serving as a stepping stone for them to discover their identities, embrace their passions, and become their best selves.
