SUMMER'S COOLER AT THE YMCA
At the Morris Community YMCA, we provide a safe, affordable and fun summer day camp program for youth and teens. YMCA Summer Day Camp offers kids a chance to have fun and develop new friendships while building a healthy spirit, mind, and body. Campers will enjoy up to twelve weeks of summer fun full of sports, outdoor exploration, arts and crafts, and more.

Plan to join us for a Virtual Summer Camp Q&A session. This is also a great opportunity for your camper to meet our camp team and counselors. Pre-registration for Summer Camp Kick-Off is required. A zoom link will be sent via email to all registrants.

As part of the YMCA’s continued partnership with the State of Illinois Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), the Y is required to keep up-to-date immunization records or documented exemptions on file for all children receiving CCAP funding in our Summer Camp program. This documentation is required to maintain your child’s enrollment and to ensure our program remains in compliance with Illinois and Federal Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Health and Safety Standards. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our records current by submitting your child’s immunization record when registering for the Y's Summer Day Camp program.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid penalties, cancellations must be submitted by the deadlines listed below:
- For camp weeks in May and June (May 25, June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29): Cancel by May 1, 2026
- For camp weeks in July (July 6, 13, 20, 27): Cancel by June 1, 2026
- For camp weeks in August (August 3, 10): Cancel by July 1, 2026
Fees & Deadlines
- Cancellations made after the deadline listed above will incur a $50 cancellation fee per week, per family. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
- If cancellation is not submitted by the Monday prior to the start of the registered camp week, the full payment for that week will be charged.

Jordan Overton is excited for her fourth year at the helm of the Y's Summer Day Camp program! Jordan has made an incredible impact on our youth and family programs, bringing passion and innovation to YMCA Summer Day Camp, ensuring it's an unforgettable experience for every Y camper.
