The Galowich Family YMCA is excited to offer a Women’s Strength and Conditioning 101 class this fall. Designed for women of all ages, this small-group class will focus on building strength, balance, and cardiovascular endurance. Participants will also learn basic nutrition and relaxation tips. Each 60-minute session is limited to six participants to ensure individualized attention.
