Develop Their Skills: YMCA to Offer Sports Camps at Three Locations in Joliet this Summer

This summer, the Joliet Community YMCA (JCY) is bringing affordable and unforgettable sports camp experiences to kids in at three convenient locations in Joliet!

With offices based on the main campus of Joliet Junior College, JCY is an innovative initiative that brings vital YMCA youth development, sports, and family programming to neighborhood locations throughout the greater Joliet community. By partnering with local churches, school districts, and like-minded community organizations, JCY is making it easier than ever for families to access high-quality programs—right in their own neighborhoods.

REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER SPORTS CAMPS IS UNDERWAY!

YMCA summer sports camps focus on fundamental skills and promote the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. Each camp is filled with positive activities that encourage campers to participate in active games and team challenges. Our number one goal? To have some fun!

Sun, Fun, and Friendship: Registration for Summer Day Camp Opens on March 14

At the Y, we provide safe, affordable, and fun summer day camps for youth and teens in grades K-8. Kids have the opportunity to explore nature, find new talents, try new activities, gain independence, and make lasting friendships and unforgettable memories. Registration opens at 8 a.m. on March 14 for YMCA Facility Members and at 8 a.m. on March 21 for Community Members.

Daily activities include:

-Arts and Crafts
-Outdoor Exploration
-STEAM Activities
-Reading Time
-And so much more!
