MEET THE DIRECTOR
Sarah Porzel is our camp mastermind. In her 13-year Y career, Porzel has made an incredible impact on our youth and family programs. Every year, she brings excitement, passion and innovation to YMCA Summer Day Camp, ensuring it's an unforgettable experience for every Y camper.
"To me, the Y is a safe and comfortable place for children, so I like to be positive and build a connection with each of the kids in our programs—including getting to know each of them by name. We also have a ton of support from our community, which helps make a lot of what we do possible."
Additional Camp Opportunities
This program is generously supported by the United Way of Grundy County.
