Senior Services of Will County – Enhancing The Lives of Seniors

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Senior Services of Will County is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Will County’s growing senior population. Since 1967, Senior Services of Will County has provided much-needed programs and services for residents over the age of 60, adults living with disabilities, and caregivers who live in Will County.

These programs aim to help residents with:

Pint-Size Pupils Registration Is Now Underway

Designed for preschool and kindergarten-aged children, the Y’s Pint-Size Pupils Program will help your young learner develop to his or her fullest potential. Through a variety of fun activities that include both structured and open play, our dedicated staff teach, model and reinforce the Y’s Christian character values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

  • Two, three and five-day class options

Preschool Spring Break Camp: March 25-29

Designed for preschool and kindergarten-aged children, the C.W. Avery Family YMCA’s Preschool Spring Break Camp promises to provide your child with a week full of fun. Your young learner will participate in a variety of activities that will incorporate bright colors, music and interactive games.

Through both structured and open play, our dedicated staff will teach, model and reinforce the Y’s Christian character values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. This is a great opportunity for your child to embrace his or her imagination and be creative.

Date: March 25-29
Time: 9:30 a.m.-noon, each day
Ages: 3-6

$55 for Facility Members, $85 for Community Members

Join Us For “Dance, Rock, Shake, Pop”

“Dance, Rock, Shake, Pop” is a dance-fitness party that includes a series of three group exercise classes: WERQ, Pound and Zumba.

JOIN US AND WIN
All participants will be entered into a raffle to win exciting prizes, such as a YMCA swag bag, a free month of membership or a free 5-week specialty fitness class.

Valentine’s Dance & Celebration Set for February 1

New Program: Fab Moms of the Y

Starting January 11

Area moms looking for a program where they can build new friendships, socialize and bond with other moms will find it in a new program coming to the C.W. Avery Family YMCA. Fab Moms of the Y will meet weekly on Friday mornings from 10:30-11:30 a.m. starting in January 2019.

Kids Corner is open during this time. Kids Corner is available for Facility Family members only. Children, six-months-old and younger, are welcome to stay with their mothers during meeting times.
