Susan is the C.W. Avery Family YMCA’s Health & Wellness Director. She has worked at the Y since it opened in 2006, but her health and wellness career spans more than 20 years. With years of sports training as well as orthopedic rehab experience, Susan enjoys working with personal training clients of all ages and abilities.
