About Dana
A firm believer in the Y’s mission, Dana is one of our longest tenured fitness team members. In addition to personal training, she’s an instructor for Synrgy 360 Boot Camp, TRX Suspension Training and Indoor Cycling.

Lisa Behounek

About Lisa
Lisa was the C.W. Avery Family YMCA’s first Health and Wellness Director when it opened its doors in 2006. Today, she is the Y’s resident fitness expert, fearless leader and Executive Director.

Efficient training is critical. Most people don’t have unlimited time to work out, so it’s important to select the most effective exercises to reach your goals.

A YMCA staff member of more than 10 years, Kristen is the Y’s dedicated, dance-loving Dance and Fitness Coordinator.

As a nutrition expert, Julie has a knack for all things related to health, wellness and fitness. Aside from being a personal trainer, she teaches a wide variety of classes, from yoga to cycling to aqua fitness.
