I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and my favorite thing has been watching people of all different ages, levels, and abilities working out. I believe that we need to keep moving to fight the aging process. The more we move on a daily basis the better we will feel. I attend a Fitness Conference every year as I am always looking to learn more about keeping our bodies healthy.

I am a High School English Instructor holding Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English. I have been exploring personal fitness and informally helping people on their journey for over a decade, working at the Y for one year. Personal training intersects two of my greatest passions: learning and fitness. My specialties include bodybuilding (hypertrophy), strength training, HIIT/Crossfit-style workouts, and functional fitness. I am working toward my group fitness certification as well. My overall goal is a well-rounded fitness plan that is tailored toward the client's wants and interests.
