Fall back into fitness with Wellness Wednesdays at the YMCA! During the month of September, we will feature a different fitness challenge for members to complete each week. Each time you complete a challenge, you will be entered for a chance to win Y swag and six months of PRO access to the YMCA On the Go App. Participants who complete all five weekly challenges will be entered for a chance to win a $100 credit to use toward personal training, membership or any other Y program.
Members will need to submit a tracking slip to the Membership Desk upon finishing individual challenges.
You can view the full schedule of fitness challenges below:
September 1 – Complete 30 minutes of your cardio of choice at the Y
September 8 – Participate in any group exercise class
September 15 – Complete any workout using the YMCA On the Go App during your Y visit
September 22 – Complete 30 minutes of strength training at the Y
September 29 – Member’s Choice! Complete any of the following: 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of strength training, 1 group exercise class, 1 YMCA On the Go App workout
