Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Saturdays & Sundays, 9 a.m. – p.m.

Paul Sartori

About Paul
In addition to being a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist, Paul is also an amateur bodybuilding competitor. He was inspired to join the Y’s Fitness Team in summer 2016 and credits the Y’s culture, principles and community initiatives for drawing him in.
