Alexandria Wermer
About Alexandria
I have more than 6 years of experience in the fitness industry. I fell in love with fitness while completing my own weight-loss journey, and I wanted to become certified to teach others how to enjoy health and wellness in their own way. When I am not training you can find me reading, gaming, or speaking all things Marvel and Star Wars. I have one son and value helping all the moms out there with postpartum health and wellness!
Training Philosophy
I believe that a person should decide to train with the goal living a long and fulfilling life, rather than reaching a specific number on the scale. Additionally, no body is the same and we all learn and move at our own pace. This means each training program should be tailored to a person’s goals and what keeps them interested and happy.
