Teen Wellness Center Certification
Teens, ages 13-15, who wish to have access to fitness and cardio equipment in YMCA Wellness Centers ARE REQUIRED to complete a Teen Wellness Center certification class.
This 30-minute class will provide participants with a comprehensive and informative training on how to properly utilize strength and cardio equipment. Participants will be required to pass a written and practical test the day of the course to receive their certification.
Teens who have completed the class will be required to wear a special wristband indicating certification when they enter the Wellness Center.
PLEASE NOTE: Members under the age of 16 will not be allowed to use free weights or plate loaded equipment.

Functional Agility Strength Training (F.A.S.T.)
Designed for tweens looking to enhance their health and well-being. This 5-week circuit-based class will help participants achieve increased strength, knowledge of core stability, improved flexibility, help with injury prevention, and cross training exercises.
