One-on-one or small group coaching enables our certified personal trainers to interact with members in creating a fitness program that meets their needs and offers direction, education, motivation and support every step of the way.

Free Fitness Orientations
Upon joining the Y, new members are encouraged to register for a Fitness Orientation. During this 60-minute session, one of our friendly Y staff members will provide you with an introductory tour of our Wellness Center and demonstrate how to use our exercise equipment to maximize your workouts and ensure your safety.
Fitness Orientations are free to YMCA Facility Members. Appointments can be made online or by visiting the Membership Desk at your local branch.
