Power Cycle is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycling class designed to push you to your limit while helping you improve your endurance and metabolic rate. Using our state-of-the-art indoor cycles, a specially trained instructor will lead you through an exhilarating workout tailored to your fitness abilities.

Increasing your metabolic rate helps you use fuel more efficiently as well as increase you work capacity and burn more calories in your daily life.
- When you register, you’ll receive a FREE Functional Threshold Power (FTP) Test, which measures your strength and ability to generate power, therefore providing you with a personal FTP number. Anyone who increases their FTP by seven percent or more will receive a certificate for a 30-minute personal training session.
