Two exciting group fitness classes will make their debut starting the week of April 30. As always, these classes are FREE with your YMCA Membership.
HIIT Cardio & Core
- Mondays, 6-6:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays, 9-9:30 a.m.
Led by Wellness Director Alissa Koenig, this High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class combines cardiovascular training and core-strengthening exercises to give you a complete workout. Modifications are provided for all fitness levels.
Saturdays, 10-10:45 a.m.
With instructor Cindy Lewis at the helm, this cardio-focused class will teach you how to train smart—not hard. Whether you’re trying to lose weight or just spice up your workout routine, join us! Workouts may include treadmills, circuit training, outdoor exercises, swimming and other areas of interest.
