Group Cycling at the YMCA
Test your limits with one of the Y’s Group Cycling classes. Four options are available:
Mondays or Wednesdays, 8:45-9:30 a.m.
Your standard group cycling class that aims to improve strength and endurance.
Cycle and Weights
Mondays, 4:15-5:10 p.m.
Combines Group Cycle with total body sculpting using weights and TRX suspension trainers.
Cycle and Core
Tuesdays, 5:15-6 a.m.
Combines Group Cycle with core workouts using the TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls and weights.
Tuesdays, 4:30-5:15 p.m.
Combines Group Cycle with the 20/10 Tabata technique to push you physically and provide a great workout.
