Test your limits with one of the Y’s Group Cycling classes. Five options are now available:

Group Cycle
Mondays, 8:45-9:30 a.m. & Thursdays, 5:15-6 p.m.

A standard group cycling class with big cardiovascular benefits.

Cycle and Weights
Mondays, 4:15-5:10 p.m.

Combines Group Cycle and general strength training.

Cycle, Weights & Abs
Wednesdays, 5-5:55 p.m.

Combines Group Cycle, general strength training and ab-focused workouts.

Cycle and Core
Tuesdays, 5:15-6 a.m.

Combines Group Cycle with core workouts using various equipment, medicine balls and weights.

Tabata Cycle
Tuesdays, 4:30-5:15 p.m.

A Group Cycle that includes Tabata interval training techniques to push you physically and provide a great workout.
