Beyond fitness facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions and provide the support you need to achieve your goals one workout at a time.
Complimentary Fitness Consultations
Facility Members are encouraged to meet with a member of our fitness staff for a free one-hour fitness consultation. During this session, our staff will help you to identify your health and wellness goals, provide you with a fitness evaluation, an orientation in our Wellness Center, and provide you with an overview of our group exercise and personal training programs.
Free to Facility Members, Fitness Consultations can be scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays this summer from 10-11 a.m. and between 4-6 p.m.
Teen Wellness Center Certifications
Required for teens who wish to have access to our Wellness Center, this class is designed to provide youth, ages 13-15, with a comprehensive and informative training so they can properly utilize strength and cardio equipment. Participants will be required to pass a written and practical test the day of the course to receive certification.
