Introducing Our New and Improved Fitness Lineup

The Smith Family YMCA is happy to announce a new and improved group exercise lineup for summer 2017 and beyond!


Mondays, Noon-12:30 p.m.

A quick class that hits the abs and the low back, balance and core stability.

Adventure Fitness
Tuesdays, 8:30-9 a.m.

Each class provides 30 minutes of light to moderate physical activity while taking participants on a fun adventure! This class will use a variety of small equipment such a balls, bean bags and tubing.

Triple Threat
Wednesdays, 5:30-6:15 a.m.

A high-intensity circuit combination of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. Class is structured to use multiple areas of the facility as well as a variety of equipment to help you reach your fitness potential! All fitness abilities welcome!

Learn to Lift Effectively
Thursdays, 6:30-7:15 p.m.

This class will focus on proper technique, safety, form, progression, variety and flexibility that takes to effectively work your body. For beginners as well as those looking to better their own weight lifting regiments.


Boot Camp (NEW TIME!)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Circuit Training (NEW TIME!)
Thursday, 5:15-6 p.m.
