After she lost 52 pounds, Aja was inspired to help others follow a similar path. Now she’s a skilled fitness coach who leads ‘Aja’s Total Body Workout’ here at the Smith Family YMCA.

“I love to help people feel better and live a better life,” Aja says. “The Y is the perfect environment to be in to help other people care about their health.”
