Get Fit Challenge
Starting Saturday, April 9
Our 12-week Get Fit Challenge is designed to help you get in shape and learn more about healthy eating and fitness. Under the guidance of a trained instructor, you will form a workout plan, learn about nutrition and attend weekly workout sessions, weigh-ins and mid-week check-ins. We’re here to help you set and achieve your goals!
All participants will be pre-and post-tested. A blood drawing will take place on the first day of class (April 9) and the last day of class (June 25). Prizes will be awarded to the participants who make the most significant lifestyle changes.
