Group & Specialty Fitness Classes
YMCA Health and Wellness Programs allow adults to strengthen their spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. Many are offered FREE to our full privilege members and others carry a fee. From the traditional step class to cardio-kickboxing, the Y offers a variety of classes and programs taught by highly trained and motivating staff including yoga, karate, Pilates, and circuit training. Offered at convenient times each day, the wide variety provides something for every interest and ability. Open to both teens and adults, YMCA exercise classes incorporate the Christian character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Program Fees
Many Group Exercise Classes are included as a benefit to our Full Privildege Members. For the more specialized services that carry a fee, you’ll find two fees listed for each program in our program brochure. Full Members receive priority registration and a lower fee on all YMCA programs. Those who just want to take programs, may do so by purchasing a Program Membership for one low fee each year.
