Water Exercise
YMCA Water Exercise Classes are a great workout with low and/or no impact or harmful effects on joints and muscles. Our classes have it all- motivation, aerobic choreography and muscle conditioning. Get improved cardiovascular endurance and improved muscle tone by using the buoyancy and resistance of the water. Ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included.
Program Fees
In our program brochures, you’ll find two fees listed for each program.
Full Members receive priority registration and a lower fee on all YMCA programs. Those who just want to take programs, may do so by purchasing a
