If you work in the media, we hope you will find the Greater Joliet Area YMCA as a resource. With 3 full services branches and 2 non-facility branches in Will and Grundy Counties and their surrounding areas, the YMCA truly is in touch with issues affecting each of our communities. For example, staff at our Smith and Central City branches are actively working with community leaders on the east side of Joliet regarding future planning and development. We also have staff experts in areas such as wellness, before and after school care, day camp, sports, and aquatics.
