Requirements

The Greater Joliet Area YMCA works hard to ensure that the children and members in its programs and branches are protected. All employees must complete an Employment Application and submit to a Background Check. A clean background check and approved volunteer application are required before anyone is allowed to work for the YMCA. The YMCA assumes all costs involved in the background check.

Benefits

Unless otherwise noted, all positions are for part time hours. All staff receive a YMCA membership. Those wanting to upgrade to a family membership may do so at a lower rate.
