Fitness Challenge Details
Everyone can get involved in the Applebee's YMCA Fitness Challenge. Just download a tracking form and write down the activity you do throughout the day. Prizes will be given out in fitness classes and in the buildings to participants and grand prizes will be raffled off based on total points earned at the end of the 2 week Challenge. Extra points can be earned for trying something new or participating in Fun Events.
New to Fitness?
For those just getting started on their journey to fitness, it's about getting off the couch and starting to get active. Items we do everyday like gardening, washing the car or vacuuming all count toward you activities you can record.
A Fitness Pro?
For those who have an regular fitness routine, we want you to take it up a notch. Try a new activity, add some extra intensity, or maybe some additional time to your workout. The best part is you will earn extra points for doing so!
